As far as I'm aware, 120/80 seems to be the sweet spot.
In my case, my systolic is a bit high and the diastolic is a bit low.
Specifications: 190cm/ 6,2" and 98kg / 200lbs, body fat around 15%
Things I do that may affect my blood pressure:
- 5mg Cialis ED
- 1kg/2lbs red meat every day with occasional honey, berries, bananas, cottage cheese
- Been sick without any workout for 3 weeks, ie. no movement, might affect diastolic
- Drinking at least 2 litres of water with potassium and sodium salts
Please help me brainstorm what might be a reason for these odd numbers.
