Looks like I won't be doing leg days for a while. Found out yesterday that I have torn the labrum in both hips. I also have Full-thickness and near full-thickness articular cartilage loss at the anterior superior weightbearing acetabula and femoral heads in both hips. I also have mild tearing of the hamstrings at the origin.
My trainer says that I will not be doing any leg days until after I find out what the VA is going to do. I knew my hips were messed up but damn.
How do I keep my legs from losing muscle mass when I can't do a lot of things now, per my trainer?
