Iโ€™m 16 and 6โ€3 and about 180, but Iโ€™m trying to lean bulk this summer and put on lots of lean muscle for football season. I eat so much shit but I donโ€™t keep track of my calories, I eat like 3 boiled eggs a day and a feel as if Iโ€™m not gaining any fucking muscle and itโ€™s really disappointing how much effort I put in the gym and then it goes right into the shitter. Someone please help me what should I do in this situation and what should I eat???
