Which supplements brought back my morning wood?

alright, sadly for the past few months or longer I havenβt been having much of morning mood despite being in my 20s.
So I have decided I need to make some changes, and I got these supplements and started taking them.
- Zinc
- Ashwagandha
- Fish oil(Omega-3)
- L-Arginine
- Magnesium
And now I started to have more consistent erections in the morning, which is great. Which ones of the above actually help though?
