Where would the spine have to be broken to leave the subject as a quadriplegic but still alive?
Post Body
I've seen in movies and TV that people get their back broken, loose all control of their muscles but still live. Like I know that if you break your back you're fucked, but where does the break need to be and how bad does it have to be? Does the spinal cord need to be completely torn or just depressed? Does the break have to be in the upper, lower, or middle section of the spine?
