Can you get actual damage from pushing your brain to study and learn everyday despite ignoring signs of exhaustion and burnout?

Let's say that I get 8 hours of sleep, get enough physical activity, good diet, yet I am somehow always learning or studying when I am awake, despite constant mental exhaustion telling my brain to take a break though I refuse. Like the entirety of the 16 hours... I am mentally pushing myself past burnout, and its non-stop. Could this cause permanent damage somehow?
