I’m against harming animals and insects unless they pose a threat or health risk. I killed a few harmless insects but I don’t know if I killed them unnecessarily or not.

There’s a silverfish infestation in my house and I used bug killing disinfectant. Silverfish don’t pose a health risk(they don’t bite or carry any diseases) but the thought of them in my house is causing me to lose sleep. Would this count as some kind of a health risk?
I’m so sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m being so serious and I feel guilty.
