I GET INTO THE GAME I SWEAR SOME SERVERS ARE SO TRASH THEIR MORE CLOSER BUT THEY FING PING IS LIKE 1.2k! at night but at day 300 only so wth is this

this is an image and i swear to god this is not 1 frame that it lagged this is for the past like 30 mins i live in the uae or middle east ishh area. and this frankfurt are my best option
