Pa50 CDI stator resistance readings
Post Body

Hey yall! I've recently picked up a project Honda hobbit, and I'm trying to assess the state of the stator.. It was sold to me as a point ignition Pa50, and I've discovered that it is in fact a CDI model.. It lacks a CDI box currently, so I wanna make sure this stator is above board before I shell out for a new box.

Unfortunately, I can't find any acceptable resistance ranges from Honda. The only thing I have to go off is a list of measurements from a functional hobbit on the MA forum (marked wiki in my above chart). Across the board I'm either on par with or a little lower than the wiki readings, which I think is good (less resistance is.. Good, right?) But this is my first moped project and electricity sure isn't my strong suit. Any observations on the above readings would be appreciated! Thanks yall!
