I'm getting 52 Kph out of a 2003 tomos with a biturbo, 15mm intake and a 15.14 carb. Is that about right?

If anyone has a similar set up and can give me an idea of what kind of performance they're getting? The intake help the bottom end a little bit but I feel like I should beginning a little better performance. Edit: actually I think it's a 15.15
