Need some help with my 1981 Peugeot TSe

I posted a few weeks ago about the Peugeot TSe that I bought. It had no spark, so I cleaned and fiddled with the points adjustment. Unfortunately, the person I bought the bike for neglected to start it for a few weeks and it once again won't start. I can't seem to figure out what's stopping it from running. It has spark, compression, and won't start even when I spray starter fluid in the carb or two-stroke fuel in the cylinder. Any help on what I could have missed would be appreciated. It has spark but I'm wondering if I adjusted the points poorly if I would stop it from running.
