Anywhere I can download Moodle Course Cartridge without an instructor account?

I am looking to set-up a Moodle server for my own studying purposes but also to make tutoring fellow classmates easier. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find course cartridges without having to make a verified instructor account on the appropriate websites (Openstax, McGraw Hill, Pearson, etc.) any information would be great!
