monzo Flex is not reflected in credit report

Hi All,

I’m using monzo Flex for about an year. But flex is not presented in TranceUnion or any other credit check bodies. When I raised a question with Monzo they said we are providing information for those companies.

Then I dropped an email to TranceUnion with all the details and they said they have nothing to do with this. There were one name change that has gone through 3 months back but this issue was there even before that.

Does anyone know how to get this sorted. I feel like I’m going in a circle by communicating TransUnion and Monzo.
