Balance transfer on loan

So i have a loan with monzo, i have been offered a better deal with natwest and i am wanting to do a balance transfer, the issue im having is that i have no account number or card numbers for the monzo loan to provide to natwest, the chat has been useless so far does anyone have any experience doing a balance transfer put of monzo or know if they even allow it, i have checked the credit agreement but there is no mention of balance transfers, any help much appreciated, thanks
