I recently moved to a new apartment, along with my friends. Its a 4 1/2 apartment and rent lies around 2200 which obliviously we share. Our lease just started in the month pf September and upon moving we observed multiple problems in the house. some of them are: LIGHTS IN BATHROOM NOT PROPERLY FUNCTIONING SOME DOORS ARE NOT CLOSING BECAUSE OF UNPROPER SHAPE KITCHEN RANGEHOOD NOT TAKING AUR IN PROPERLY
these problems were not existing when we visited the apartment before moving. I mailed the administration multiple time and I have visited them multiple times but nothing yet done. Their behaviour is good whenever i visit them they tell me that they will resolve the issues but then the maintence guy visit he sees what he have to do and he just leaves. And again I have to go whole process of mailing visiting requesting. I understand that one should not be agreesive towards anyone but I am feed up, that how much time I have to do that
THE APARTMENT IS LE HILL PARK OWNED BY MINTO APARTMENTS
In this whole scenario can anyone advice me what steps can be followed to make the administration do the work
