Is it always this difficult to rent? Will it calm down for September or October?
I am sending nice messages with a bio about myself less than 6 hours of them posting their ad. No one reads the message or even responds. Is this normal?
I'm educated and have a good job. I have never had this much difficulty renting. should I offer more than the advertised rent? or a 1/2 month bonus for allowing me to sign a lease?
I'm feeling defeated and staying with family until I can find a place. I can only imagine someone without the same support would be going homeless easily.
