Back in January I applied for the government french lessons. Yesterday I got an email saying my classes start on the 21st of August through to October 30th, these are full time lessons. I’m also a student at a university where I have classes everyday. I’m not sure I will be able to attend the French course classes and the part time classes are still within the ranges of my lectures. I applied for the courses as soon as I came to Montreal so there’s not much that I could have done in regard to applying earlier.

What would you suggest the best course of action is in this situation. I’ve taken steps to practice french independently but I excel when learning with a tutor/teacher. Are there cheap alternatives to the government classes?
