Hey all

One of the tenant in my bf appartment building (triplex) is leaving this year. He doesn't really care about renting it back and we are actually thinking of turning it into our sexpad.

Talking about it made us realize that we could probably host "events" like gangbangs, private shows or even rent out the whole place for a couple (or more 🫣) to come and have their pleasure in a private, clean and safe environnement.

I'm not looking for a moral compass here, more like if anyone has real information about the legal aspect of this. We would most likely go through a respectable channel, like airbnb.

Edit: We are planning to turn a profit from the place and commodities only. We are going to use it most of the time.
