Loans and Insurance Wavier not appearing on invoice, what do I do?

Hi y'all, I had just received my billing invoice just like everybody else and I'm having some issues understanding some things.

My loans haven't appeared on my invoice which is big worry to me since it basically quadruples my bill for the semester and I'm confused due to me already doing everything on both the FAFSA side and also accepting my loans under NEST when doing excepting my financial aid awards.

I also just did the health insurance wavier form as well to remove the extra $2700 fee on my bill.

Does anyone know how fast both things will go through and will it be in time for the August 12th deadline?

UPDATE! - Still waiting for my loans be distributed, however got my health insurance wavier through! So my bill has gone from $8430 to $5726! Now I'm just waiting for my $4750 in loans to come through and my bill will be right!
