Taking 9 month old to Monster Jam Tampa

We are taking the 9 month old to Monster jam in Tampa. Now I have seen infants taken in the past and we got the adequate ear protection and everything. Even though she can get in free we even have the extra ticket for her because we want to bring the car seat/carrier in with us for that seat. I see that strollers are not allowed but see nothing about the carriers? Also, is there restrictions on how the formula is brought in? Obviously must be in the clear bad via NFL rules. If anyone has experience on these issues I would love to hear the feedback. Thanks
