Any advice? I tried r/FixMyPrint and on the advice of a Redditor there I lowered the z offset, but no matter what offset it just did the same thing, whether high or low. I have since tried replacing the nozzle, but that's pretty much the end of my knowledge and it didn't work.
Original problem:
I'm not the best at complicated tech stuff, but my 3D printer (Monoprice Voxel/Flashforge Adventurer 3) has never had issues until recently. I tried a new filament and it refused to stick no matter what the setting. I had recently moved my printer across the room, so moved it back and switched back to the old filament, hoping to fix the issue, but alas.
Simply put, when I print the included demo box shape, it will not stick, after a few seconds it pulls up and moves with the nozzle, eventually globbing up around the nozzle if not stopped.
This is printing at 0.8mm z offset (nozzle height calibration thing) 220 degrees celcius heat and 60 degrees heated plate, but settings don't seem to fix or affect the issue, I've tried so many combinations and the same issue everytime.
I noticed that the print is printing wavy. When printing the box it usually first prints straight lines (as guides I believe), but the lines are super wavy. Here is a pic. (Globby bit where the filament formed around the nozzle).
And here's a vid of one of the attempts on a lower setting:

I've tried, lubing everything up, cleaning the nozzle, changing the heated bed and filament heat, factory reset, moving the printer to a new location, changing filament, washing the bed with dish soap and windex and nothing. I checked and everything was level (there was a tiny tilt, still showing as inside centre line on the spirit level in first location, flat in second location).
I've pretty much reached the end of my knowledge of things and what I could find with googling, so any help would be very much appreciated! Thank you
