Hey friends! Since I end up explaining this to people a few times a day (what search bar?), I figured it would be best to just make (another) sticky on the subject 🤭

As such, I will actually begin removing posts in regards to "shipping information received". I'm not salty, but this has been explained hundreds of times to the point where a simple search would bring up countless results 😶

So without further ado, here we go! Incoming copypasta:

We typically ship shoes pretty much the instant someone gives us a GL....and as we use a shipping agent (and we don't wait around until we have a collection of shoes ready before shipping), they send someone over to pick up the packages pretty much instantly. As we've also had to explain quite a few times, the packages don't go directly from us to DHL/FedEx (as in we don't simply go drop them off at a DHL/FedEx office ourselves). The agent picks them up from us (and subsequently creates a shipping label w/ tracking number), and the agent then ships the shoes to a foreign country (where they are then picked up by DHL/FedEx). This is why DHL/FedEx tracking numbers from us (and any seller) will never say they are coming from Putian (despite us being located here). Reps are illegal, so this is inevitably the only way we (and every rep seller) can ship things.

To be clear we ship out *as soon as the customer GL.* This actually costs us quite a bit more than if we were to simply let the GL packages build up until we could send them all to the agent in 1 go (like many other sellers do), but we don't like making our customers wait.

The standard timeframe (which has never changed) is still 1-3 weeks for the package to be picked up by DHL/FedEx. So please please please please don't make posts 3-4 days in asking why your "package hasn't been picked up" 😭😭

HAVING SAID ALL THAT!

Since switching to FedEx for USA orders, it's been typically about a week from the time we get the tracking number ----> the time FedEx gets the package (which is crazy fast considering everything else I just said). So 'murican customers should see their packages picked up within a week, but that 1-3 week timeframe still ultimately applies 😇
