I (M, 25) just want to preface this post by saying it’s not a total cry for help, and I know I need therapy. But…
For dommes and subs alike: how do you fight off the sad spicy brain days? I’ve been just really, really down as of late. Loneliness has really been getting to me. I work, go home (or stay home since I WFH as well) and sleep. It’s not a great cycle, I admit. I’ve spent my day today working silently and listening to Steely Dan. I think I just need a good shower and nap at some point.
