There’s pretty much nothing on the internet that fully answers my question.

I am currently on “real” Molly, it is my first time and I have never done the “real” thing before, so I’ve never had any reaction to such in the past. From what I’ve been able to find it’s affecting me the way it is supposed to, where I’m going up and down and such, so I’m quite positive that I’m doing alright, but I’ve been trying to find out if there’s a stark difference between this pill and all the others I’ve tried over the years. What exactly is in “real” Molly?
