Does cyrothepry instantly kill molluscum

I just got done using Compound X Nitrofreeze. I covered the openings in rubbing alcohol before applying some antibiotic ointment (Mupirocin). I patched the blisters with their own bandage.
I am wondering if the direct contact with the cryotherapy instantly destroys the virus?
Before and after treatment.
