Hey all total newb to modular so iām ādippinā my toe with with semi modular to startā¦SO i just picked up a dfam which (as we know) has NO midi, does anyone know if behringer crave (or neutron etc) will sync to it (ie, do any of them have midi to cv out like the mother 32 does) so i can sync the dfam to my daw ? Thanks in advance !
They still are 129ā¦.hows this box compared to beat step pro ?ā¦(likelyhood i wont take advantage of many of the features of either of them)

Thanks for the reply, all i really want is , lets say i come up with something i dig on the dfam, i wanna be able to print in into the daw āin time with the session so its sample accurateā¦thats really all , i dont necessarily need to ācontrolā it from another box or sequencer and i dont necessarily need it syncing in āreal timeā with other synths.
You pose a good point lol . Which would you recommend ?
Pardon my ānewbdomā but what would i patch run/stop FROM ?ā¦(say i was using my sequential pro3 which has cv outāz or a behringer crave for instance)
Thanks so much for the reply , I thought about that but iād rather spend the $ on something that can āmake noiseā and pull ādouble dutyā to sync the dfam (like a crave) I was told sending a square wave lfo out of my pro 3ās cv out into the dfam clock input would do it so i guess iāll try that too šš»
