Using drum triggers
Post Body
Okay, do I’ve been using a drum machine and some modular gear for a backing track for a small post punk project I’m in, and we’re converting to using a live drummer. If I wanted to preserve some of the glitchy sounds, I’m wondering if it would be as simple as putting a drum trigger on a bass or snare and running that to something like a bastl little nerd and from there to some modular gear. Would it be that simple? I’ve never worked with drum triggers before.
