strage scammer account

So I banned an account today for harassing and blackmail. The account I banned was 0 days old it says. But I recognized some of the post the account made and it is the same posts as a previously banned user. The weird thing is the 0 days old account has posts that are up to a year old that are exactly word for word picture for picture the same but don't seem to be cross posted. How is this possible
