I'm a bit confused? a user of my world of warcraft elven sub asked me to be a mod of 2 elfrelated subs. The original mod seem to be permanently banned and he can not post on those subreddits. he asked me to claim them so he can post on them.

I kindly declined as i already have it hard to maintain my subs on wow races and he should give it a try.

He then told me his acount is to new and " besides you won't have to mod them because they are empty, I just want to post a bit there"

This seemed a little bit off to me. why would anyone want to post in dead subs? its true thet he posts in my subs and its good content, but why posting in a dead sub?
