How to ask for modding privileges to a subreddit that is ran by either a group of deleted accounts, or accounts that haven’t been used in 100 or so days?

I would like to mod a subreddit which is currently ran by one account that was just recently deleted/shadowbanned and one that hasn’t opened reddit in around 100 days. How do I request to be a mod for that subreddit?
