Whitelist linkposts?
Post Body

Is it possible for a subreddit to be text-post only, but whitelist certain users to let them submit links while not making them mods? Will adding someone to 'approved users' do this?

Concrete example: I moderate /r/40khomebrew, which had a request to submit a link to a story contest for 40k fiction. I'd like to be able to let the asker submit that link rather than a) post it on their behalf (bad) or b) make them a mod temporarily (worse).
