Is it possible to automatically add entries to a table in a subreddit wiki?

Hi all, Please let me know if there is a more appropriate place to post this.
I'm wondering if it is possible to use Automoderator or a bot to automatically add entries to a table in a subreddit wiki. I'm hoping it would be able to take a comment of a specific format such as :
Title: Reddit
Link: www.reddit.com
Description: The front page of the internet
Then add it to a table in the subreddit wiki and continue to add entries which have the same format or possibly a command:
