How to report someone for making multiple accounts

Someone has been making multiple posts on my sub for months every time I ban them they make a new account using the same fake pictures of a woman who is not the person they’re claiming to be. I use IOS and this is my first time moderating a sub alone. Any way to report or ban their IP?
