weird issue with not being able to post.

Over the last month to month and a half, I'd had a dozen or so users reach out to the MOD team saying they can no longer post to my NSFW subreddit. I've checked the best I can. the users are not banned, have no reported posts, and have not been blocked. I can not figure out the issue.
