Any way to control post frequency?

I want a bot or something that can control how often people are allowed to post on my sub, like maybe once every 8 hours.
It seems a lot of people are using u/moderatelyusefulbot, but I don't think it's accepting new subs anymore. Does anyone know of a bot with a similar function or a way to control post frequency using AutoMod or something like that?
