Was my subreddit deleted while I was in suspension?

I mod, and am the only mod( maybe past tense at this point) a community of around 300 and we get a lot of spam accounts that I am constantly fighting and sometimes they get nasty. Well I was recently banned( and appealed) for 3 days and now that I am back my mod privilege and access is gone and my community comes up as private? Can anyone help and tell me what might be going on? Did my community get deleted?
