The AI have proximity scanning. The fact that they will be looking away from you and will instantly turn to fire on you when you get within a certain range of them is kind of annoying. With the normal enemies it's really not that bad but, I ran into a freaking Juggernaut that literally sprinted down a hill and chased be around a building trying to kill me because I came within like 70m of his location. I was down on the slope of a hill and watched this terrifying hulk of a man come bull rushing over the horizon. I damn near shit myself. It was like watching that scene from The Lion King. I was Simba and this goddamn brick shithouse of a man with a minigun was the Wilderbeast. I ran. I ran...HARD. We played around the world for about 30 seconds before he capped off 3 dozen rounds in my direction and turned me into past tense. As I crawled away with what was left of my soon to be cancelled subscription to life he aimlessly wandered towards me. No matter how hard I tried to wiggle worm my now broken body into a safe space, like the true gun-totating redneck I knew this behemoth had to be, he stalked me like a wounded deer in the woods and when it was all said and done mounted me up on his wall....
