Glitch has prevented me carrying on the campaign

So idk if anyone else had this happen but it started in the mission "alone" where all of a sudden I could see all the lights in the map through the walls, like the lighting engine fucked up somewhere in the loading process, I've tried everything I've read online to sort it from resetting the fov to fully reinstalling and its still the same in the next mission, anyone else got any tips or ideas as to how to solve this as I'm starting to enjoy the story and this is a real dump on my immersion
