cant play mp or campaign, not even spec-ops

so when i go into modern warfare and try to click on mp it just says āinstallation suspendedā ive tried deleting the game and downloading again, ive checked if i have all the multiplayer packs downloaded and i do but it still only lets me go into warzone, does anyone know how to fix this?
