Visual bug with Raines "Night Out" skin

I noticed this in both warzone and multiplayer;
If you're using Raines with his Night Out skin, it appears like the jacket hanging off the strap on his back flutters in the players camera. I'll try to upload a video of it, but it makes for quite a bad bug when you tactical sprint or slide cancel. Flashes of black cover the screen at random times while running and even when just strafing.
Has anyone else noticed this?
