Any tips for severe lag spikes and packet loss on Xbox

I wanna say since about June, I’ve had issues with my connection on MW. I seem to getting lag spikes periodically accompanied by packet loss. I don’t believe it is my network or router due to not experiencing these issues with other games. Is there something I can do to try and make it better?
