My friend got banned from modern warfare, has 13 wins and like 2 kills/game. His multiplayer k/d is only like 1.3 . No reason for a ban or anything. Kinda disgusting that after spending $50 he got banned for no reason?

Before you call him out for hacking, this guy had over 2000 hours on mw2 and never got banned and had better stats in that game, we mostly play private and warzone and only play online to unlock attachments.

Sad part is now that he is banned about 6 of us who all had the game can't play with him and will probably switch to something else... what a fucking waste. Is there literally no recourse or at least a way to find the reason for the ban?

Edit: about a week later my friend has been unbanned, seems lot of people did. He didn't contact support because he tried and the chat never was available for him. Nothing to inform him that he was unbanned, nothing to say what happened and he only found out because we made him reinstall the game and try again. At least they fixed it but some communication would've been nice.
