Please help me play this lagging game on PC

Havent touched it since release since it was barely playable. I play on a pc with a GTX 1060 which runs on 60 fps all the time. But It's nothing compared with a ps4 i tried it on. I've tried putting the priorities to "normal" or hwatever which helps me in the menu but ingame it still lags af. Come to the point I want to burn activision down for giving us a game like this. I havent read any recent "fixes" since i cant find anyones. Could you guys tell me how you play on PC?
