Mouse snagging during play time

Whenever im playing any game mode, no matter what mouse sens setting and graphics, whenever i look around my mouse will snag and my sens will drop to like 0 and this is effecting the way i play, no clue to how to fix and is making the beta unenjoyable, plus my game will completely shit itself whenever i join a lobby and when i finish a game any tips would be great
