That's true.
I think that there's a big difference between the two, but can certainly see that the RNC wouldn't see it the same way.
I do think that regardless of the difference, your core point is right... this is just what our current political climate is.
I don't know how to fix that, the voters seem to want it.
I'm going to mostly agree, but it does depend on how you're defining "lawfare".
At the end of the day, politicians should be held to higher standards and the rule of law has to matter.
I don't think that we should weaponize the legal system, but they can't get a pass either.

What's interesting is that both parties have routinely done this in multiple states and there has never been an issue in the past....until now when it just hurts the DNC.
The states always accommodated the parties' schedule in the past.
So it's not really what you've described.
