Yeah... if you're trying to prosecute someone for jaywalking, maybe that's lawfare...?
But if you're getting prosecuted for...
I kind of don't care. That's crime.
The best argument for lawfare is the case against his business where they repeatedly lied to the government and lenders about financial valuations.
And frankly, I think it's kind of absurd that we're not prosecuting more people for that if as "Mr Wonderful" Kevin O'leary says "everyone does it". The fact that major real estate players are breaking the law on a daily basis doesn't make it okay!!!
