Actual DEI programs don't force anyone to hire based on race, that's a myth. That would be literally illegal.
In actual DEI programs, they encourage advertising to diverse candidate pools and consideration of diverse candidates. They don't set quotas or force people to hire less qualified candidates.
Tell me you don't understand the thing you're criticizing without telling me.
