A Mirial engineer stands knee deep in show, shivering as she looks at plans on a frost covered holopad. "Yeah, through that pass there. Can we get inside?"

The local overseer laughs opens the door to the speeder and helps her in. "A little chilly yes?"

"Damn cold" She mutters as the door shuts "Now, with the chill, we recommend physical rail."

"I'm looking at your maps, you're connecting the prisons to the cities in the inhabitable zones."

"And the mines, and every possible site."

"Those sites..."

"Not my business. I'm just an engineer."

The overseer scoffs "I mean, why? It's wasteland, and you've already established your intention to not use prison labor, so what is the plan."

"There are Phrik mines, but the cost of mining in that cold is far too expensive for our backers in the CSA, so, they're planning for when the planetary temperature rises by fifteen degrees."

"I was not informed of this?"

"It's still in development as part of this construction plan, and the civilian government in the cities along the tropical belt are discussing it currently. There are also talks of constructing some winter resorts, and actually developing a tourism industry here, as well as possibly rebuilding the Imperial droid factory."

"And the prison?"

"Not my problem, though in discussions it will apparently get walls and better heating."
