Following a massive drop in stock prices, several board member assassinations, and the nationalization of the factories on Pijal, the Czerka Corp has reportedly worked out a deal with the Leemo Investment Partnership to both restructure their debt, stabilize the company, avoid the Hutts murdering them, and continue operations at their factories across the galaxy.
LIP has apparently included certain demands and changes to the business routine. While LIP officially only holds enough shares to be on the board of directors, unconfirmed leaks suggest they may have acquired majority holdings, but this is unconfirmed and denied by the companies.
When asked about the possibility of illegal or improper business practices, the LIP General Manager had this to say. "No Illegal, all legitimate. Lawyers check it all. All good."
If anyone has stock in this dumpsterfire we recommend holding onto it for now, the price might go up with this, or it might tank, but at this point you might as well wait and gamble on it going up, it probably won't go any lower.
