Recent sales figures have revealed that Democracy Zing!, a recent soda by Jar Jar Industries, has easily surpassed Kuat Soda as the most popular drink of recent times.

While the galaxy's top soda analysts are shocked at the meteoric rise of Democracy Zing!, its political analysts have a theory:

"Kuat Soda decided to make drinking soda a political issue," said Dragahn Smeesmork, a galactic science professor from Coruscant.

"But what we have to keep in mind here is that Aron Kuat received FAR less votes than the Democratic Front. By making soda a political issue, Kuat Soda have given Democracy Zing! a major boost. I'm sure there were many people who would've been fine supporting the Front while also drinking Kuat Soda, but Kuat Soda's recent actions have essentially told them they're not welcome. Well, those people switched over to Democracy Zing! What more could be expected of them?"

This is a huge development in the Soda Wars. Jar Jar Industries, now rolling in profits, is said to be looking at developing new flavours to capitalise on the recent success.
